Contested on our legendary Donald Ross designed golf course, The Commisso brings together elite golfers from the United States and Canada to compete and celebrate the game while honoring the legacy of Frank Commisso, Irondequoit’s PGA Professional emeritus.

Frank Commisso Legacy
From humble beginnings as a 9-year-old caddie to becoming a Western New York golfing legend, Frank Commisso dedicated his life to the sport and the Irondequoit Country Club.
As a skilled competitor, he claimed 11 Western New York PGA titles and represented the region on a national level. As a leader, he left an indelible mark on the game, mentoring future golfers and strengthening the community. Today, The Commisso honors his legacy by celebrating the sport he loved.
